GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Accommodations in France
- Rates are subject to local taxes and sales taxes at current rates. In accordance with the law on tourism, the tenant is required to pay a tourist tax per person and per day. We draw the tenant's attention to the fact that criminal proceedings are applicable in the event of non-payment of the tax.
- The reservation remains provisional until the agency has received 30% of the total price of the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Upon receipt of the full amount, the tenant will receive occupancy instructions and check-in details.
- Reservations made 8 weeks from the date of arrival must be fully paid.
- Once the accommodation has been confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed for another accommodation without financial compensation. Only the agency can decide to change the accommodation if the initial accommodation is not occupiable.
- The rental price includes charges (water, electricity and heating).
- The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- For any reservation made from 21.07.2022 to 18.11.2022:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the arrival date, the penalty will be 3% of the rental amount.
- If the cancellation occurs from 1 month to 2 months before the arrival date, the penalty will be 50% of the rental amount.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the arrival date, the penalty will be 100% of the rental amount.
- In case of no show (NO SHOW), the customer will lose 100% of the prepaid amount of the rental.

- SEASON 22/23. For any reservation made after 18.12.2022:
- If the cancellation occurs from 1 month to 2 months before the arrival date, the penalty will be 50% of the rental amount.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the arrival date, the penalty will be 100% of the rental amount.
- In case of no show (NO SHOW), the customer will lose 100% of the prepaid amount of the rental.
- In the event of cancellation related to the Covid preventing the stay from being held for the following reasons:
- government-imposed quarantine upon arrival or departure from the country of stay
- closing of the borders between the country of departure and the country of stay
- ski lifts totally closed due to a government decision (in winter).
- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Any departure after the deadline will result in an additional charge. An early departure, a late arrival or a non-occupation of days does not give the right to any discount or a partial refund of the rental.
- The tenant deposits a credit card guarantee for his/her accommodation of € 250 per accommodation. Subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation after departure, the deposit will be returned to the tenant. If the deposit was originally provided in cash, the return will be immediately if the inspection takes place during agency business hours. Otherwise, charges may apply. If it is a deposit by credit card, the return will be made to the initial bank account within two weeks or more depending on the deadlines of the tenant's bank. In the event of damage, if the cost of such damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the difference will also be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
- The accommodation must be left clean at the end of the stay. A final cleaning service is optional (prices are available on the agency's website). A departure cleaning fee is applicable to all stays.
- The tenant agrees to report any damage to the agency no later than 24 hours after arrival. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused, theft, infringements, non-compliance with the rules during his/her stay.
- The tenant agrees to respect the regulations of the building. It is forbidden to make noise after 10 p.m. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and common areas unless otherwise indicated. Tenants who do not respect the rules will have to leave the premises. An early departure gives the right to no discount or partial refund of the rental.
- The tenant is obligated to comply with the waste and parking requirements.
- The units have a basic supply of toiletries and kitchenware. Renters are responsible for providing all additional supplies necessary for the duration of their stay.
- In an emergency or for various repairs and routine maintenance, the agency reserves the right to enter the apartment without the tenant's consent.
- A tax of 50 € per stay will be charged for pets. The tenant also agrees to pay the mandatory final cleaning in the event of a stay with an animal. If this tax is not paid, the tenant will be liable to a fine of € 75 in addition to paying the tax and cleaning. Animals are only accepted in accommodations indicated as accepting animals.
- In the event of force majeure: natural disasters, climatic upheavals or for any other nuisance due to works, private or public events, no request will give the right to compensation.
- For any dispute concerning the execution or non-execution of these conditions, the legal venue of the destination shall prevail.
