What is the duration of my contract with Alpvision?

The contract duration is a minimum of one year, with an automatic renewal.

How many weeks a year do properties tend to be rented out?

On average, between 8 and 12 weeks in winter and 2 to 4 weeks in summer. This can vary based on several factors, including the attractiveness of your property. Some properties may be rented for up to 25-30 weeks per year.

Can I visit my property whenever I want?

Yes, of course. You will have access to your online owner's account to manage your personal bookings and view those of your guests. Consult our owners' department to learn about the most profitable periods for planning your stays.

Can I choose not to host large groups?

Yes, you are the owner. However, we recommend that our owners accept groups during the quieter periods as they will benefit from additional rental income.

When will I receive my rental profits?

You will receive two settlements per year. Your first income by mid-July, after the winter season (November 1st to April 30th), and your second income by mid-January, after the summer season (May 1st to October 31st).

What is the commission?

We charge a commission of between 8% and 10% depending on the destination and a flat fee for welcome services for each booking.

What are the other fees to consider?

VAT. Any interventions by the concierge department in your property. Fees from the booking platform, which can be up to 25%. A touch-up fee after the guests' stay. Various additional services, if applicable.

What happens if there is damage?

In the event of damage, we will deduct a part or the entirety of the deposit, depending on the situation. Note that the deposit amount varies depending on the property.

Do you offer any extra services?

Yes, we offer a wide range of services for our owners and guests. Here are some examples: Rental of bed linens and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, late check-out, gourmet baskets, portable wifi, baby bed and chair, parking... and much more. Note that for luxury category accommodations, certain services are mandatory for the traveller.

Do you assist owners who want to renovate their property?

Yes, with pleasure! We invite you to contact us if you wish to renovate your property. We will be delighted to establish an offer with an interior decorator partner and accompany you throughout this project

How do I rent out my house for the holidays?

It's very simple, send us an email with the specifications of your property so we can evaluate the profitability of your holiday home. We will then send one of our experts to visit your property. Once we have assessed it, we will list your vacation rental on our website and voilà, you'll be ready to start getting bookings.
