Het spijt ons te horen over het ongemak. Uw comfort is erg belangrijk voor ons en we nemen uw opmerkingen zeer serieus. We zullen onmiddellijk de problemen met betrekking tot de vloer, de schoonmaak en de staat van de toegang tot de flat controleren. Aarzel niet om direct contact met ons op te nemen als u hulp nodig heeft, want we zijn 24 uur per dag bereikbaar. Met betrekking tot de capaciteit van de flat, betreuren wij het dat de beschrijving niet duidelijk voor u was. We streven er altijd naar om nauwkeurige en gedetailleerde informatie te verstrekken, met name over het soort beddengoed.
