Ce n’est absolument pas le niveau de qualité que nous visons et nous nous excusons sincèrement pour la gêne occasionnée. Les femmes de ménages passent dans tous les appartements avant l'arrivée des clients. Sachez que nous sommes joignables par téléphone toute la semaine. L'appartement est très bien équipé et son emplacement est parfait par contre il n'y a pas de place de parc réservée. En période de haute fréquentation, il est quasiment impossible de se parquer devant. Il faut donc se rendre dans un parking payant.

La propreté de l'appartement était déplorable alors qu'à priori, il avait été nettoyé le jour même. La cuvette d'une toilette était cassée, un bac dans le frigo était collé par une grosse tâche de moisissure, il y avait des cheveux dans la douche, la baignoire et sur le sol des salles de bains, la table basse du salon était pleine de trace... bref, inexcusable au vu des prix de location !!! |

We vinden de wifi service met de dongel matig. Er kan meestal weinig MB's verwerkt worden en zo kan er matig zaken gestreamd worden. Ik zie dat er een echte Internet verbinding is maar daar mogen we geen gebruik van maken.
